	olivemolua February 2, 2011 antivirus no update hi, my name is OLIVIER M LUZOLO and my e-mail address: [email protected] on 18-01-2011 i made a payment of $79, 90 (£51, 79) for buying an anti virus called AVG Anti Virus, using for 1 year, again my computer is infected with virus, i don't know how to clean up my computer because i don't have any reference of the product i bought, i called AVG compagny to discuss about but they told me that there is nothing with my detail on there system, you are the one my money went to because you have mentionned on my statment, do something about, i am expeting to get in touch with me as soon my message get to you.
	William Dana May 14, 2010 Paid in full but program won't work. Not able to get help or get my money back. Bought AVG virus program recommended by a geek from Best Buy. Program wouldn't install, help came only by e-mail, was always confusing, invoice numbers, product key, nothing worked AND I cant get my money back.
	November 14, 2008 over priced, defective & no support I purchased AVG anti virus on 8.11.2008, 2 days later it disapeared of my PC, many, many emails to AVG, days and days to respond, which was no help, all I wanted to know was how to reload or re activate the program I had purchased and paid for. All I got was copy upon copy of useless emails all saying to go to web site that I cannot find and they will not email me a direct link, no help, useless service, useless faulty product and no support.
