BAIT & SWITCH

I made an online reservation on www.avistarparking.com/fasttrack

website, and followed the driving directions on the reservation. The first drive I pulled into on Rt 1 & 9 was AviStar Valet. I had a self-park reservation. I showed it to the attendant, and he directed me to "the next driveway down". This was in the dark at 5am. I backed out and drove to the next driveway, with the big "self-park" sign.

Upon my return 5 days later, at the cashier booth, I was told that my reservation was with Skypark, and this was the "FastTrack" lot. Let me note here that my reservation page had 3 names/logos prominently printed at the top: Avistar, Skypark, FastTrack.

The cashier charged me full price, despite the fact that it is all the same company. The cashier pointed out that SkyPark was the Next driveway. Upon leaving (again in the dark) I slowly drove out onto the Rt. 1 & 9 ramp/service rd.. looking for Skypark. It was about a block away, with the only potion of the sign lit was "PARK".

They provide very ambiguous directions, You park in an afilliate lot (same company), and they deny your reservation. Bait & Switch.
