I am having Aviva Insurance policy no.LLG1232841 in the name of Subir Sen dated 31-03- 2006 through State Bank Of India. At that time I was informed by the agent that I can surrender the policy after three years with full value of the policy. But now I am being given only Rs.11, 800/- against I have paid Rs.54, 000/-.
