Avon is totally useless in conducting its business. I am trying to contact avon via emails and phone calls since last 2-3 months continuously, but no response as yet. Today, 13/05/2011, I called customer service department, and that person totally ignored my call...like a fool i was on phone and he simply disconnected the line stating that he could'nt listen to me, As i was insisting him a lot to help me in solving my problem. Wrong orders are sent again and again and also they do home delivery and charge me additional freight charges even though I havent opted for that. I wanted to solve this query only since last few days, but no one is responsible at all. I really feel AVON should be penalised for this. Very Bad Service by AVON India
