One of your technicians broke a water line and partially fell through the ceiling in one of our dwelling units while performing an install in the attic area. This install was not cleared through our Administrative Office as required. The resuling loss to for this damage was $3, 188.13. Please have your insurance carrier contact us to obtain the requiste documentation. In the absence of a response, we will file in small claims court, Highlands County for relief.
