I stupidly bought into their cheap online auction site and lo and behold my next credit card statement showed a withdrawal of $NZ256 and I couldn't even bid on anything. I chalked that up to my naivety however I have just received my next statement and $NZ16 has been withdrawn so obviously my next stopo is the bank. What can be done?
