I purchased awnings that looked great in their online advertising. Unfortunately, when the awnings arrived I found that the package was missing some parts and the main bracket, critical for mounting on athe side of my house was manufactured with a bend in it. On top of that, the awnings are not the size that I ordered!

Many months have gone by and don't have a set of awnings that I can use. I have contacted Awning Connection about the problems but, I have not been able to get any kind of help or refund. The customer service of Awning Connection has been disgraceful. I think that they are just waiting for me to give up.
