AXA Senior Vice President Kerby John Noel and his wife have been harassing their neighbors. They have taken them to court twice and lost called the health depart 9 times and lost and now they are suing the city of Oakland NJ saying the kennel that has been there for over 22 yrs. is not legal. Even though it is listed with the state of NJ as a legal kennel. The Noels have lived there a little over 2 yrs.
The bottom line is the Noel's have an autistic child that they have been told to get a dog for. Mrs. Noel thinks dogs smell so she doesn't want one. From reading the complaints about AXA it is clear that Kerby John Noel thinks this is how you live, as well as do business.
The kennel in question raises Service dogs. Last week two were donated to Blind Leader. Other dogs produced do cancer detection, seizure alert, drug detection. One was even given citizenship due to his work in law enforcement.

I would wonder what care this child getting if they spend so much time trying to take away the business which is also in the town of Oakland, the home and kennel of their neighbor. What parent won't do what is best for their child?
