boy i tell you...these people charge $20.00 A MONTH for doing NOTHING!!! my gas bill is really $5.83 and they charge me as well as the other tenants $ 20.00 per month as an adm & base charge = $20.00...so 14 units x's $20.00 = $280.00 for reading freaking meters...freaking meters...a month! they send one person to read all of the meters at once..does anyone know if this is illegal? if so post the info and i will go after them for doing NOTHING! i am so pissed off at this company! i just got a bill for $ 25.83= $20.00 for them and my actual gas bill $5.83...so for 7 months they made $140.00 off of me for reading a freaking meter...i hope this is against the law...boy do i hope! this current bill i got is from the meter reading of 4/15/2011 which came on 6/9/2011..no late fees just freaking B/S! thing is i have a copy of a check dated 4/29/2011 which they cashed in may...the first bill i got was for 17 days! there has only been a few gas bill that cover a 30 day period...man do i hope they are breaking the law! so in turn $ 3920 is paid to them for reading a FREAKING METER...WHAT A SCAM! expect to see a follow up on the building ...trust me!
