We wanted to purchase KitchenAid Mixers, Food Processors & Blenders. I wanted 5 mixers, 2 food processors, 3 blenders. Money was paid to supplier via western Union for the goods which he supposably shipped 20 mixers, 4 food processors and 6 blenders. The goods were supposably loaded with www.universaldservices.com – given false tracking numbers. The tracking numbers don’t exist now 0CA286F9EA and A461722611. They have asked for funds for the goods for shipping, taxes in NZ, Taxes in Aust & freight. The supplier is refusing to hand over documents to prove that this transaction happened and the goods were delivered to universal delivery services. He is asking for more money still, calling me from this number : +60163769448. I am refusing to pay money for goods which haven’t been delivered and no evidence is provided. He is demanding I pay him another $660 USD and he will provide proof. Don't touch this company - I have lodged a formal complaint with Alibaba and going to the police to report the fraud.
