I have had an unauthorized charge of 9.99 from my checking account through my debit card from May thru August. When I googled "axis wellnessportal" I realized this was a scam. I will be contacting my bank, the better business bureau and my State Attorney General's office. I expect a full refund of these unauthorized charges!
