I was surfing the web, when a window popped up and said i was at risk for a virus on my computer. it said there were 38 infected files. it would not let me open any of the windows and gave me an option of paying 19.95 for security protection on my computer. i gave them my information, and my debit card number and it cleaned out the infected files. but then i tried using my prepaid debit card the next day, and the company had wiped out my account! $99.90 is gone! what do I do? how can i delete the transaction?
