My doctor prescribed 30 days of Azasite for conjunctivitis including 2 refills. First bottle Apr 19 lasted to Apr 25 but MEDCO wouldn't pay because they said the first bottle was supposed to last 20 days. Same thing happened May 5 when the second bottle ran out. Instead of $25 deductible I had to pay $84.99 Apr 25 & again May 5. I have complained to Medco, State Board of Pharmacy, my former employer, & the Department of Labor.
