We did a walk through with the property manager before we rented and noticed large black stains on the carpet near the entry way. So on the disclosure form we marked black marks by entry way. While we lived there several other issue came up. We could hear the neighbors having conversations and even having sex the walls were so thin. The AC system works half the time and maintanence will take at least a week to even respond to your service requests. The electrical flickered constantly. I spoke with many neighbors who had similar complaints. The complex it self was always dirty and spider webs all over the stair wells and doorways. Not to mention the black widows that were covering certain stairwells. When we left we recieved a bill for $400 dollars due to the carpet. when we called to dispute it due to the fact tha we had disclosed it on the form. They said we were not specific enough and there were other minor marks that constituted replacing the whole carpet!! We asked for pictures 5 times and have never recieved them. DO NOT RENT FROM MARK TAYLOR! They are really good at marketing tricks. It looks pretty from the outside but the inside quality is trash.
