I am a software engineer at Sansui software, I brought a idea prepaid sim on 21 of sep 2006 from Baba collection parihar chowk, aundh, the I have submitted all required documents to him at the time of buying the new number my new number is 9922213847, the services to my number are on hold from 6 of oct, till now. When my outgoing service was on hold at 6 oct, I went to the shop, the person told me that you dont submit the documents, (actully he lost my documents), next day I again submit him all the document he didnt submit them till 12 oct, when I went to him on 13 oct he told that he has submitted the document now services on your phone will start mostly by 10 pm, but my services are still not started upto 16 of oct. when I called to call center they told me that the respective person didnt submit your documents, he also tell me that I can submit them by coming to their office, now I dont have time to go and submit the documents, Its lots of petrol and time and money I wasted here, and I dont recive any services. I will submit my documents as I have the time but what can I do for the mental and physical problems I faced due to this person.
