I have been a customer with Baby Phat for over 5 years now. Recently I have ordered 3 shipments of which the VALUE ON SHIPMENT was OVER the amount I paid for therefore I was charged a lot of Duties because I am from Canada. Baby Phat should only be putting the value of which customers paid for not the regular price which is more than double what I paid for. Never have I experienced this in the past 5 years... if this is how it is going to be I'm not sure I will be ordering anymore. Last time I called in they said they were going to make sure that they put the actual amount only but when I pick up the package once again the shipment value is 90 dollars more than what I paid. So adding up the shipping + duties makes it too pricey to shop on their website.
