I bought a really nice pair of Baby Phat sandals at Macys a few months back. Size 7 black -STYLE# BD102424, STYLEe name-Kachina . The shoes literally fell apart today from the entire sole today during a busines meeting .Ive had these about 3 months and wear them about twice a week. Ive attached a photo. Truly embarassing!!!This has never happened before. I have broken a heel once before but no the entire shoe seperating from the base! Perhaps they should have name the shoe COCHINA because that is precicely what i looked like walking back with one shoe on and one shoe off. Id like to know how i can get a refund since i dont have the receipt or box anymore. Ive been trying to upload a picture but my new phone wont let me send it. I really wish you coul dsee how horrible this was!
