For the second time I have tried to work with Baby's R Us on a shipping issue with NO service offered. Baby's R Us apparently uses the last shipped to address as a default address within your account, even if this were a 1 time registry you may have shipped a gift to. Within hours of placing an order and realizing this issue I called to change / cancel the shipment. While told they would do what they could, there was nothing they would, or in their opinion, could, do. Their solution is once it arrives at the address they would set up a pick up if I called. Little cancelation when you don't know the individual it is shipping to since it was a baby shower address. I HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere!
