BAC Home Loans is about 1 phone call from a lawsuit. After the feds raided Taylor, Bean & Whittaker last year, BAC acquired my loan. My escrow account did not transfer correctly and my August 09 payment was not credited to my account. Since then, they have failed to apply yet another payment!! All the while it is I who is overpaying interest and late fees! And the real kicker? I can't refinance because my account shows unpaid (past due) amounts!! People, the s%@t is hitting the fan, and I would do anything possible to avoid doing business with these bozos.
