This place is the worst! No contact about back orders. Then when they finally got back to me(a month after I ordered) promised it would be shipped in two days. Then a week later still hadn't shipped said would give $20 credit I chose another item to add to the order for $20 so I could never have to deal with them again. Item didn't show up another week later got a call says the items I added on (that they told me on the phone, at the time of the order, was discontinued and was holding the order up) So I picked another item that they says will be shipped today.???? I will believe it when it shows up at my door. It has been a month and a half since I ordered this cute camera strap that I wanted to get to use on vacation and it is still not here. So much for that ships in 4 days idea. Don't order from this place it is a nightmare.
