Insurence paid the garage to replace moter on my sons car could not finish the job becouse he did not have the right equipment so it was sentto another garage to get some of it repaired so my son went to the 2nd garage and picked up his car the insurence company paid them as well my son then took the car back to the first garage to finish the rest of the things that was under waranty the person that worked on the car called and told my son to come and get his car couse it was done. so my husband and my son went to pick it up when they get there they are told to pay him 1000.00 dollers up front and refused to give them the car. he was paid by the insurence company but paying a deductable was never discussed. my son is disabled and doesnot even get that much money from social securety. this garage is doing shody work and taking advantage of a disabled person and also the elderly. back to basics is located at east hiway 54 black river falls wisconsin
