I had purchased one BlackBerry 8830 SmartPhone from this Company. The Product had been delivered to me but a defective one. I contacted the Company and they said that they would reverse pickup the product and replace with a new one. It was done and the phone was sent back to them. But now after reaching the product to their warehouse, they are not showing responsive behaviour as they are telling different time period for the delivery. Even after making the payment and providing all the necessary documents to them sometimes they say it would take two weeks sometimes they say three weeks. The Online support number has also stopped responding to my calls. I have no idea what to do.
