@ all people have Complaints about bag12.com company. I am ailsa lu from bag12 company. There are some complaints about our company on the policies of Returns & Exchange. Now about these misunderstanding or accident, I want to do some explanation. Sorry for my poor english, I will try my best to express my thinking clearly.
Our company has established a long time. There have been many people order from us. Many of them are satisfied with our products and service. We try our best to provide the best quality products and the best service all the time. But sometimes there are some unexpected thing prevent us from doing it better. For example, there is something wrong in the carrying, we can't receive the send back product in time; There is error in customer's email address, we can't contact with the customers about their order; Or we have contacted with customers but can't get any responds, so sometimes we miss the time to communicate with customers and then we receive the Complaints.
