Don't trust them to fill orders. I stopped in to buy bagels and the flavor I wanted was supposedly in the oven. Came back 20 mins later and they were still not done so I asked them to save 4 for me and I would be back in one hour to pick them up. I actually called in one hour to make sure they were there and they guy told me they were all sold. When I told him I had ordered them he said "oh well they are all sold." Obvioulsy the sale of 8 bagles is more important to them then servicing a long time customer. So they have LOST my business and everyone's I can tell this story to.
