I purchased 1 x Jimmy choo handbag & payment was made online. My statement shows 2 identical transactions coming out on the same day. I have attempted to access the website again to contact them about duplicate payment & I am told there is an error logging on. I have tracking number # EE342541376CN. Please contact me with how to go about getting the second transaction refunded ASAP please. Original amount was $210.oo USD on 18.1.10.
