My son save his money that he got from Christmas and the months before that to get this dirt bike. Two weeks after he has it the gear shift strips and something goes wrong with the transmission. I called Tractor Supply and they gave me another company called Elsa to come and get it. They came an pick it up kept it for two weeks. Within the two weeks I called and told them I my money back they told me to talk to manager. I left my name and number 2 times. Then i called they told me he was not there. The next day I called they said he or she was bissie I left my name and number agen. Finaly I got tired the never called me back or gave me the run around. I had to call to find out when the bike was dun . It had been dun for 2 days they did not even call me and I had to pick i up. A week after he got it back it did the same thing agen. They would n ot give me my money back or call me back now my son has no money or dirt bike . He has been so up set I do not know anywhere eles to turn.
