I placed an order for stainless steel bolts and nuts from Baller Bolts on June 8, 2011. They immediately charged my credit card. They also charged me for priority shipping. Six weeks later, after sending e-mails and trying to repeatedly reach them by phone (voice-mail box is always full), I received no response whatsoever and no delivery.

I asked my credit card company to issue a charge-back, which they did. I don't know if the people at Baller Bolts are unethical or just plain lazy, but stay away from this company. They WILL charge you for your order, but you'll NEVER get your order.
