I ordered shoes from this company online that I needed for a dance recital. I placed the order 6 weeks prior to the recital. 2 weeks after the order was placed I received an email that the shoes were on back order for another 5 weeks. They would have arrived after my recital. I asked the company to cancel the order repeatedly through emails and faxes. The phone number listed had a full mailbox and would not take any messages. I had to purchase other shoes for the event. They never answered any of my requests and sent the order late anyway. Since then, I have repeatedly asked for a return # which is what they instruct you to do on their website if you want to return an item. They have completely ignored me and have not responded. I do not know what to do or how to get this company to reply. I have complained to the BBB and they have not been able to get them to reply as well. Any suggestions?
