they said that i won a raffle, free gym membership for the year. when i found out that i won, i was happy. & i went to ballys the next day. they gave me a tour, & they let me exercise with a personal trainer.. after the training.. they didnt allow me to go home not signing their membership thinggy. my "personal trainer" was actually begging me that i sign up for their membership.. so my " personal trainer" talked to this guy and and the guy started insulting me. he said that is why im TOO FAT because im letting this chance go by.. he also said that im lazy to go to the gym. & he said a lot of insults. & he was threatening me.. they didnt inform me that i need to pay for the membership.

i felt really scared and hurt by this incident that i cried after. i walked out the gym and the guy who insulted me, tried apologizing to me by giving me a FREE one week pass. i think that the one week pass will not help me gain my self esteem back. AFTER THE INICIDENT, THE GUY CALLED ME AGAIN, TRYING TO GIVE ME ONE WEEK MEMBERSHIP.

PLEASE DONT GO TO BALLYS. IF YOU DONT WANT THIS INCIDENT TO HAPPEN. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. THEY SHOULDNT DO THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! MY FRIENDS ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS.
