Banana Hobbies sold me a defective AT-6 Texan airplane. Motor/batteries did not have the power to even take off (the batteries were fully charged). Only available contact at Banana Hobbies was by live chat. "Jack" the "customer service rep" treated me poorley, and supplied me with conversation that was more like taking to my 8 year old grandchild. When I pressed with techinical questions, Jack was evasive and suggested I take pictures, send the pictures to Banana Hobbies at which time a determation would be made to see if the warranty period had been exceded. Yea- right. Jack would not consider any of my questions. Very bad customer service very bad company. This airplane will never fly without excessice updating at apparently my expense. No need for pictures the plane under power would just barley roll, therefore I did not even get the tires dirty.
