I have been charged (vide my telephone bill for April 2007), installation fee broadband Rs.250/- + Taxes.

This in spite of procuring and installing the broadband by myself and after clarification from BSNL that no charges towards installation will be levied, if I procure and install the modem and broadband by myself. I have just collected the login and password for the same from BSNL.
