Bank of America, without my knowledge increased my monthly payments. They said that I had signed up for credit protection, which were outrageous in cost. I had never done that, it was a SCAM to make you pay more, and charge you late fee's when your automatic payments don't cover the cost of your newly increased monthly payments on top of the money that your paying for a service that you don't WANT OR NEED.
