Checking
Beware of Bank of America's new checking policies. They will give you a overdraft fee before your transaction even posts. They now have changed their rules to make even more money. They just started a extended overdraft fee. It states that if you account is in the negative for more than 5 business days that you will receive a extended overdraft fee of $35 and they consider Saturdays and Sundays to be business days.

I think Bank of America should be forced to remove “America” from it’s name.
Why is BANK OF “AMERICA” hiring foreigners from Ontario (647-288-7825)
To telemarket it’s customers?
Bank of America thinks Americans can’t do the job? We have 5, 000, 000 Americans with out jobs in America; and it out sources jobs to Canada. Or is it that Bank of America it trying to get around telemarking laws in the States.

Terrible bank
I have items pending in my account I went to deposit additional funds because i notice they had put a automatic debit through earlier this money then the previous months so to cover all charges I made the deposit how about they accessed me with an overdraft fee of $35 I called them and was told their wasn't enought funds in my account when items were purchased I informed them there was BOA put my autimatic draft through early this month and I wanted to know why, well there was really no real answer so I will be closing this account that I have had for over 17 years when they where Barrnett Bank how sad in these days who can be losing money... Beware of the Banks in America.

stealing funds
these jokers, took funds from my personal account and i hate them for that so i decided to close both my checking and savings account.and now im with Wachovia. i don't even know why i call myself leaving thme a long time ago. i even payed them off for some money i owed them and they kept beggung for my services. i came back now i dont get treated like VIP but i do get treated fairly. i must say because im also a student i have a special account with them so they actually help manage my funds even when i get crazy low. like a dollar or two!!!it's decent i would tell people if you're unhappy with the red, siver and blue bank come to the blue and green bank.!!!

Late fees
Just to let everyone know do not get a gold loan option from Bank of America. If you are late they will penalize you 559.00 dollars on a 25k loan. Do not be late and do not use them if you can.

can't remove ex-boyfriend name
Can you believe that I can't get my crack smoking, drug dealing, brain dead ex's name off my line of credit =- even tho he or his druggy friends ran up the LOC by using some floozy with fake id as me to run up my LOC into the thousands? And further, his name IS NOT EVEN ON THE DEED?? How can you have a second mortgage on a house that isn't even in your name????
Option 1: For 2 years now i have been fighting to get his name removed. The last letter they sent me told me if i could just fax a death certificate to them, they could remove him!!! A death certificate?? Is that a suggestion that I go kill him?? I don't even know where in the world he is, much less if he is dead - or even if anyone would know he's dead.
Option 2: Close the line of credit and requalify. Well, in these economic times, I will never qualify for as much. Further, guess what they want to close the line of credit:::: HIS PERMISSION!!!
WTF do these people need when i have been the ONLY ONE PAYING this mortgage and LOC for 8 YEARS????? Please tell me who to talk to if there is such a person.

sided with a fraud company like DH GATE
I made a purchase on DH Gate.com - CHINA. They sent me damaged items. I have an online protection purchase on bank of america, so I filed a dispute regarding the items I got. They asked for documentation after documentation, faxes after faxes, which I sent... then in the end, denied my claim saying I have to contact the seller! I contact the seller before filing a dispute which I sent to bank of America, they closed the dispute without letting my know... IS THERE ANYBODY OUTTHERE THAT WE CAN FILE A CLASS ACTION AGAINST BANK OF AMERICA... they would rather steal your money, side with the fraud merchant like dh gate!

sold my debt to Cach
I have been in a debt consolidation since 6/2006, got 4 out of 6 cards paid off. On 7/6/09, I received a summons in the mail from a law firm stating that CACH LLC is sueing me for $6500. I had no clue what this was about since I gave a POA to the debt co., I have never received a letter, monthly billing statements, that CACH was now the debt collector and they took over in Feb 2007, its now 7/09. I have been in contact numerous times with debt co. asking them about this debt. regarding this summons. At the time I turned everthing over to the debt co, this bill was only for $2119.00, and now I am being sued for $6500. Cach has never sent me anything after they bought the debt, and on my debt co., it states settlement pending. I had no idea about this until today when the debt co emailed me saying cach bought the debt back in 2/07, it is now 7/09, why wait so long. I have replied to the court, so just waiting to hear for a trial date. Is this legal for Cach not to contact me for payment of this debt since 207 and receive a summons in the mail on 7/09?

Charges to check my account balance
I receive child support payments through a debit card system. This is set up with the State of New Mexico Child Support Enforcement Division. Bank of America charges .50 cent every time I call to check my account balance. May not seem like a lot to some people but to those of us who need those funds coming in and dont alway get them on time... we check our accounts daily... it adds up. Bank of America is using the State to help them rip people off.

There was a withdrawal of the amount $7.95 from www.fedgrantusa.com. Phone 877-4795-1273. I want to report this as fraud from my checking account. Account ending 901.
