missing goods

full seasons set of dvds ordered and paid for online which never arrived. at least ten emails asking for tracking and postal details have been ignored. on further reasearch complaints from other parties stating that dvd supplied by banshee blaze are pirated so my goods have probably been confiscated by customs. Goods described as original also reflected in price and would not buy pirates. can you help at least to spread the word.

DVD Piracy

I ordered the complete set of NYPD Region free DVDs as, other than series 1, they are not available in the UK. The disks actually shipped from Canada. The disks are NOT original disks but homemade copies taped from various US and UK TV stations. The picture and sound quality is appalling, some disks don't play at all, parts of episodes are missing. The menus all contain a website address of www.deaks100.webshop.net which appears to no longer exist. Do not buy anything from this bunch of criminals! The disks are advertised as follows:

Excellent video and audio quality
100% in chronological order
Commercial free and unedited
This box set contains all 18 DVDs with Custom Artwork.
These DVDs are region free so they will play on any DVD player Worldwide and DVD-Rom, X-Box or PS2 worldwide.
PRESENTED IN ENGLISH

The accompanying photo also shows the official box and artwork whereas the disks are just shoved into paper sleeves, many of them scratched.
