This company has still not refunded me the £42.36 it owes me for cancelling my membership. After losing my key and them failing to send out a replacement after 6 weeks (!!!) of my request (it should take a max of 5 days) they finally promised to issue a refund although I was outside the 8 week cooling off period of product purchase (clearly because they hadn't sent me a replacement in time!!). However it has been over a month since the request for a refund was made and I have spent probably 20 hours on the phone trying to sort this out (not really worth it for £40 I hear you say). They never call back when they say they will and I really have no idea how I am ever going to get my money back.
