I purchased a dvd from this website my card was charged immediately however three weeks later I never received my order i emailed several times and phoned the company and no response was given. No wonder they dont place an address or phone number on the website i had to search for this information only to find out that they have done this to someone else. The complaint board had their number listed and conveniently its not a toll free number so now you have to dial a long distance call. This is very aggravating and embarrasing because the order was for a specific gift for christmas. How do you explain this to a child who had their heart set on this one gift. Thanks for nothing!! Very unprofessional never will i shop here!!!
