In good faith I placed an order with Bari Leather for a lovely sofa. I read up online about the company and became nervous since the samples they sent didn't even include the one I wanted. I then cancelled my order, being told my account would be credited immediately. Instead, the over 2300 dollar charge appeared on my next statement 6 weeks later. I contacted American Express who said they would handle the matter after I read them the email I had received 6 weeks before. Then I received an unrequested email from Bari Leather saying my credit card company had not processed my refund. I am grateful that I did not follow through with my order with Bari Leather. I had trouble retrieving my funds from them. I can't imagine what having an actual order with them would have been like.
