The personal loan from Barkleys is totaly a fraud business done by the company, Once you take a personal loan from Barkleys you can never preclose the loan, because they them self dont know what is the procedure for closing the loan.

I have a personal loan with this Bank, I requested for preclosure in the month of Sep and they sent me the letter, I sent bank the letter and a cheque on sep 26 in first flight courier, as per the courier company the have delivered the cheque on 26 sep, but when I called the customer care, they say they want some more documents and dont know what the hell is that. Now it is already november, I have paid two months EMI unnecessarily.
So my advice would be dont take a loan from Barkleys, Instead you can go for HDFC, which is good.
