purchased nook color for wife for christmas, subscribed to free 14 day trials on several magazines and newspapers, attempt to cancel before 14 day trial was over and totally unsuccessful doing it online and today I have been on the telephone 51 minutes so far and no live person to talk to. I am totally dissatisfied with Barnes and NOble and will never buyanother thing from them again.
