When I called TripRes to make reservations they stated cancellations prior to 14 days would be $50, but when I called to cancel they stated it would be $50 dollars per person per room, I had 2 rooms with 2 persons each room .

They stated that they reviewed the call and that I had a greed about the cancellation fees . Which I did but they talked so fast and I thought they said that it would be 50$ 14 days before the reservation

They were not clear and I would have never belived $ 200 to cancel.
