I ordered and was charged 11-27-2007 and as if todays date, 03-05-2008, have not received my merchandise. Spoke to susie at ext 209 on 03-04-2008 who was not sure if the order could be canceled. Promised an email from her supervisor that same business day. As of now still have not received email. Tried today to contact someone by phone with no luck. The phone system goes dead when you press 2 to speak to customer service.
