Ordered promotional/free ($.99 shipping) resveritrol order in April.<br />

Recieved nothing, and on 7/29 an $87.13 charge appeared as a debit card transaction on a bank statement.<br />

I called to rectify the bogus charge, and after a bit of a run-around I was given a cancellation # 858632 and was told that my account would be credited.<br />
The 7/29 charge is no longer on the statement, but the same charge (not credit) was posted 8/3. <br />
On what was now my 2nd call, and after more run-around, I was assured that I would recieve a credit for the $87.13 with in 7 days, to which I stated that was exactly what I was told a week ago. Customer service person #268 ( I think in Philippines) then told me that it would probably be only 3 days. Valley Forge Health Products
