On or around the begining of July 2009, I ordered a free 1 month trial of the ACAI Berry. I received a called to confirm the order for which I will only be charged $.99 for shipping and handling. On July 23, 2009, my card was charged 87.13 dollars and again in August 10, 2009 83.18 dollars. I then contacted the company to request a refund for a product that I did not receive. Spoke to a person named Amy, then I asked to speak to a supervisor. Someone named Joan (S14) is the employee number. They refused to reverse the charge. I was provided with a tracking number from the US postal service. The tracking number shows that something was delivered however no signature is on file. I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general in my state also
