ESBI charged me (male) for Forever Glam Inc. Webmail Plan. This is (according to them) a fashion Website. Sorry, not into fashion. They claimed I ordered this on a website that is not mine. They told me to provide them with my website to sent this application. I asked them to send this so called application to my home address. They refused. I also asked them to send it to the E-Mail Address that they provide, which does not exist. They once again refused.
They told me the account was open, then closed. They refuse to remove the monthly charge to this slam.
I will let the FCC and my State deal with them.
