Everyone needs to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau for which state the company is registered at. Bartecla, LLC is regsitered in the state of New York.<br />

and to the State Attorney General's Office-You need to print out the form and fill it out and mail to the office. If the link does not work go to the main website: <br />

Then click on the link Resource Center, Then on Complaint Forms, then scroll dowm to the option: Consumer Complaint Forms (Including Regional Office Forms), and click on Consumer Complaint Forms, Then click on the link under Regional office for New York City. <br />
