I noticed a POS charge on my bank statement from: BARTECLA LLC .WWW.BARTECLA.NY for $9.31. I've never heard of this organization, nor have I ever been to NY. Searching on Google, Yahoo, and Bing reveal nothing about this company.SAID WED SITE COMING SOON!!! Filing a dispute with my bank.
