I bought a pair of baseball pants for my husband 2 days before fathers day. The next day, we went out of state for a family emergency so I gave my husband his gift while on the road. Somehwere, the receipt went missing. I went to exchange them for a different size and sports authority WILL NOT let you do an even exchange for a different size if you do not have the reciept. The will give you the lowest value availble for the item you want to exchange and then you have to pay the difference. BAD BUSINESS!! You ever wonder why other retailers do so well? The will do anything to bring a customer back. Apparently, sports authority does not care. They just lost a customer and I'm one to spread the word.
