My father had booked a flat in Jains Green acres through Jain Housing in pallavaram in January 2006 since he thought they were a professional organisation and based on their brand name.It was mentioned to get ready for occupation in October 2006 and the sales guys said by july/august 2006.

It is Januay 2008 now and still they haven't completed the entire project as mentioned.I guess only by June/July one can except things to shapeup.Even though the management came for some 2-3 meetings etc after putting pressure from all ends and through online groups etc but on the whole all the most of complaints / queries are stil left unanswered and they failed miserablywith their customer care.They is hardly any compensation for the delay as many families including me paid huge rent and underwent lot of mental and physical hassles.

So, please make sure all the work is done immediately and ensure everything is done immediately.

It i s high time we all evaluate all organisations based on the contract and service agreements rather than brand name alone.
