While dining at the Temecula location of Baskin and Robbins, my order was not what I had requested. Way too much Hot Fudge was put on my ice cream. When I let them know that it was way overdone, they took the spoon and scooped off the hot fudge and then kept dumping the excess fudge in the trash can using the same spoon each time. Then proceeded to hand back the original ice cream back to me. Besides the fact that it looked awful I was apalled that they would even think to give it back to me after using a spoon in it several times that then had been touching the trash can. I requested that I had a new one made for me (which they did) but as I was eating my new order...I saw them take the ice cream out of the old order and put it back in the ice cream case. This is totally disgusting and a transfer of germs...I will never eat there again! I cannot believe that 2 scoops of ice cream cost that much that they have to "RE-USE" it again.
