They overcharged me and gave me twice the amt of dinners I ordred. When I confronted them kindly about this, they argued with me and told me that is what I ordered an it clearly was not. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he refused to get on the phone. I heard him in the background stating "Tell her we will never deliver to them again" and would only refund $4.99 when they charged me way over $20.00 and I was even stupid enough to give her a tip. We are a little difficult to find and I tried to give her directions on the phone and she stated "I can find it." Well she didn't I had to wander the streets in 40 degree temp to look for her. I can't believe anybody is in business like this and I feel they took advanged of me and totally was immoral. I would never order from them again and I hope for principle sake nobody else will order from them ever. Nobody deserves to be treated like this as a customer especially when they were kind to start with.
